Real Quick!

Thursday, February 26th, 2009

I just added a little shortcut doo-hickey thing on my end here that will make adding simple blog entries super easy and real quick. So I’m just giving you a heads up. You can expect a lot more content here in the future, and it will be more than just pictures of the kids. Sure, I’ll include all that stuff too, but don’t forget that Marylynn has her own blog too!

And yes, the job hunt is going fine. More on that later…

Babies Are So Inconvenient!

Tuesday, February 24th, 2009

Marylynn and I just saw this commercial on TV and SCREAMED! You gotta see it. I can’t embed it. So just watch it and come back. It’s okay. I’ll wait.

“Kitchen”

We’re all for adoption, but seriously? This is the angle they’re going for? “Ugh, my kids are SO annoying. I think I’ll just get rid of the third one.” Ummm… okay, Adoptions From The Heart. Should children be really given up because they’re inconvenient? Look lady, do what I do. Answer the phone, yell at your kids for making a mess in the kitchen then watch SuperNanny for tips. Don’t you think giving up your baby is a little bit drastic of a move for an afternoon of crazy kids? And is there a father in the picture here? Does he have a say in the matter?

I’m sorry Adoptions From The Heart. Your cause is noble, but you FAIL. Fire your ad agency please.

Buster, We Were Born To Run

Monday, February 2nd, 2009

During the Superbowl Half-Time show tonight, Buster saw Bruce Springsteen and shouted “Hey, he’s like me!” For a moment I was confused, then I realized that it was because Buster had been playing with my RockBand microphone just a few minutes earlier. He found it again, started rocking out and I grabbed the camera.

Teeth! (and Glasses)

Monday, February 2nd, 2009

Cricket and Buster got new glasses yesterday. There was a sale at JC Penny’s and we needed a back-up pair for both of them. We liked these new ones so much more that they have become their primary glasses. See for yourself:

New Glasses

But the really big news around here today is that CRICKET LOST HER FIRST TOOTH!

First Missing Tooth!
